LCC Rewards Plus is the loyalty program of LCC Malls—the largest retail chain in the Bicol Region. I’ve been working with them since 2019 to strengthen their brand presence, particularly on social media. At the time, the program struggled to connect with younger shoppers and
lacked a clear visual identity.
My role involved designing eye-catching, brand-consistent content that spoke to the lifestyle and interests of Gen Z and millennial
audiences. Through fresh visual approaches, playful copy integration, and a stronger visual direction, we were able to boost engagement and make the brand more relatable and memorable to its growing community.
